This band has a Rough Montana Sapphire cast in place in it, with a sculpted sisyphus pushing it up a hill.
the sapphire in this ring is protruding from the bottom a smidge, I don't think enough to make it uncomfortable or anything, but worth mentioning for the super sensitive.
